The briefing
Frequently asked questions
Everything to know before you take the wheel — read it once, then all that's left is the line.
What experience level or skill is required?
None. Apex welcomes drivers from absolute novice to experienced racers. Our curriculum adapts to your level. Beginners start with line discipline and smooth inputs. Intermediate drivers refine threshold braking and apex speed. Advanced drivers push toward genuine limit performance. Every level is welcome—advancement is your choice.
What are your deposit and cancellation policies?
A 30% deposit secures your booking. Cancellations within 7 days of your session incur the full deposit loss. Beyond 7 days, the deposit is refundable minus a 5% administrative fee. No-shows forfeit all payments.
Can passengers or spectators attend?
No passengers during your session—this is a single-driver experience. Spectators may attend selected public events on the Grand Circuit. Private track hire can be arranged separately for team experiences. Contact us for details.
What is your weather policy?
We operate in all legal driving conditions on the Grand Circuit. The Alpine Pass may have seasonal closures. Heavy rain or high winds may require circuit modifications or, rarely, rescheduling. We will notify you 24 hours in advance if weather forces a change.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable, close-fitting clothing and closed-toe driving shoes with good grip. Bring your driving licence, health insurance information, and a helmet (we provide DOT-certified helmets if you prefer). Avoid loose clothing, jewelry, and anything that might distract you from full concentration.
What driving licence requirements do you have?
A current, valid driving licence is required—either your home country's licence or an International Driving Permit. Full, unrestricted driving privilege in your licence category is mandatory. We verify this at check-in.
